As a custom pavilion builder, we can build you whatever size you need and in a variety of styles. Some of the most popular pavilion sizes are 12×14, 12×16, and 12×20 pavilions. We will work with you to help get the design and size you need for your building

We do build and ship our timber frame pavilions as kits to select dealers and contractors throughout the US. Traditional mortis and tenon joinery requires a specific skillset to install well, so we ensure our dealers and contractors are properly trained in installing our pavilions. Yes, if you want your pavilion stained, we can stain your timber beams to whatever color you choose. We use a high quality, industry standard stain and sealer on your building.

In traditional mortis and tenon timber frame construction, it is common to see cracks (also known as checks) in the beams. These form along the wood grain from shrinking and expanding as the beams dry and as they are exposed to cold, heat, and moisture. It’s important to note that these are quite common and do NOT impact the structural integrity of your building.
